                                                                              Trust The Process

The photo shared below captures a group of young men, who had challenges in public high school due to attendance and disciplinary reasons. As a result, in order to receive a diploma, they were required to attend an alternative high school, which
Ms.Keisha was the administrator/principal at the time.

Her dedicated beliefs that every child deserves a quality education, led her and Coach Palmer to pursue the development of a basketball team. This provided the platform to further create a structured environment and a leverage tool to inspire focus, in order to pursue their education. In doing so the school witness the highest graduation class in the school's history.

These young men also finished 2nd place runner up (why the solemn and disappointed looks) in state competition of Michigan "Class A" Alternative High Schools Athletics Association State Finals (govern by MHSAA).

The collaborative efforts of Ms. Keisha and Coach Palmer inspired these young men in the classroom and on the court. All pictured graduated high school with a diploma and pursued positive endeavors in early adulthood. Two went on to college studying culinary arts at Baker University. And the remaining became employed and productive citizens.
