Travel Team Fees

The Lady Ballerz desire to make participation affordable as possible. However, until our organization can obtain dedicated sponsors or suitable grants. We must charge for participation each season.

 

The fee covers uniforms, tournament entry fees, and gym rental (for practice times) the season cost is equally divided amongst participants on the active roster.

We are looking to participate for approximately 6 to 10 weeks (practice days included) over the months of April, May, June, and July. Most of our tournaments will be within a 3-6 hour drive destination.

 

In the event, we have a 2-day tournament requiring an overnight stay. We will have suggested hotels(@possible discounted rates) where participants and families can stay within a short distance to event locations.

2025 Player Circuit Fee

Spring Circuit participation Only $325.00

Summer Circuit participation Only $350.00​

Both spring and summer participation $675.00

***NOTE***

We ask that an initial deposit of $125 be paid towards the fee, once a participant is selected to be on the team.  We ask that all balances be paid by our 5th tournament event. Failure to pay the balance in full. This can result in player suspension until the balance is satisfied or arrange payments
